This was a commission of the characters from Katawa Shoujo, a fan made dating sim which literally translates to "Disability Girl". The game was made by a group of artists and writers on 4chan actually. [link]

Lilly Satou- the blind girl
Shizune Hakamichi- the deaf girl
Emi Ibarazaki- the girl with prosthetic legs
Hanako Ikezawa- the girl with burn scars
